About Me!

mee.png

Hello! My name is Sebastian Siegfried and I'm a transmasc illustrator based in North Carolina. I graduated from Northern Vermont University - Lyndon with a BFA in Animation and Illustration. I have been illustrating for nearly 10 years, mainly focusing on visual development/concept art. I work in Clip Studio Paint and Photoshop and have begun using Toon Boom Harmony for my animatics and storyboards as of 2021.

During my time at Northern Vermont University, I had the privilege of having my work published in anthologies like "Northern Kingdoms: A Comic Anthology" among a few others. I also have had my work shown at the Vermont Animation Festival many years in a row. Other projects that I've worked on include being a project lead on a mural, illustrating numerous posters for events (Most notably my part in illustrating the Vermont Animation Festival poster), and animating a title card for The Vermont Animation Festival as well.

My current projects include visual development for a short film titled "Back Soon" which takes place in post-apocalyptic coastal Maine.
